The activities of IT services, transport, cinema production, video and TV programmes contributed in the first nine months of 2015 to the 7.7pct increase in the turnover of market services mainly provided to enterprises, show the National Institute of Statistics (INS) data released at the end of last week.
According to the cited source, from January 1 to September 30, 2015, in nominal terms, the turnover of market services provided mainly to enterprises, as adjusted series, increased by 7.7pct due to positive results in the activities of IT services (+22pct), transport (+11.4pct), cinema production activities, video, TV programmes; broadcasting of programmes (+4.4pct), communications activities (+3.7pct) and other services provided to enterprises (+3.1pct).
Also, as gross series, in the first nine months of this year, the turnover of market services provided mainly to enterprises increased by 7.8pct year on year.
As to September 2015, the turnover of market services provided mainly to enterprises increased both as gross series (+7.2pct) as well as adjusted series (+0.1pct).
If comparing September 2015 to September 2014, the INS data show that the IT services activities (+28.4pct), communications activities (+5.4pct), transport (+4.1pct), cinema production activities, video, TV programmes; broadcasting of programmes (+3.1pct) and other services provided to enterprises (+0.1pct) contributed overall to the increase in the relevant turnover by 4.5pct as gross series.
